Read that old Akuma II Ultra topic again, Mr List suggested checking out ULead GIF Animator, I put some ugly finishing touches on it. I altered bits of the content from the original shinryuken, mainly cinematics and dummy poses when hit.
Made use of the ULead GIF Animator… Rreduced file sizes by cutting our colours (which doesn’t look that bad from the original), and reducing canvas size.
